There’s a limit I think we all reach at some point or another, where we finally hit the top of what we can handle (without flying off the handle!). It starts as a slow burn. You get busier and more things get added to the list, another crazy week ends with even more added.
And then before you know it you’re sitting at your computer at 11pm at night, having barely made a dent in the to-do list and the exhaustion and burn out suddenly hits hard.
You question why you want to do this. Why are you doing this to yourself?

We’ve all been there. I’ve been there. It’s so easy when growing your business to take on way more than you can chew and this limit crashes and burns into us like a freight train.
It’s times like these when I really have to step away and think about what isn’t working. Because it isn’t the work. We love the work, right? It’s all the other incidentals that we didn’t know came with running a business that leave us feeling totally depleted.
For me, it always comes down to what I can outsource. I sit down and decide what I hate doing, what isn’t my strength and then I start putting things in place to make sure I can get rid of that from my to-do list.
It could be finances. Book-keeping. Editing. I even outsource meal planning and cleaning in my house because they take up too much time and energy.
There’s hundreds of people out there whose strength is what you hate, and they are so ready to help ease your burden.
Admin is one of those jobs. And as someone who was a systems nerd, I could see that everyone around me was struggling with it. A CRM is designed to do the work for you, to run like a well oiled machine so that you can sit back and let it do the hard yards while you focus on the other parts of your business.
When I started working with others to help them get it operating properly, the relief I saw in their faces changed my life. I’ve helped hundreds of photographers put systems in place that have literally changed their lives and their businesses.

I’m here ready to get your business back on track, so you can actually kick back with a wine and a book between the hours of 8-11pm, instead of glued to a screen.
